24.97ct Tanzanite With Certificate/Photo

This large Tanzanite was purchased back in about 1990 - we're not too eager to sell it...It's a show stopper. It has a certificate from Guild Laboratories in Los Angeles, CA, along with a photograph and a retail value of $27,000 - this was back in 1991 . We all know what has happened to the price of Tanzanite since that timeframe! Small stones of only a few carats of good color can now retail for $1,000/ct.
No photos can do this item ANY justice! The color glows with life similar to a Kashmir Sapphire.  Under different lighting, there are purple highlights.  (rma-91-02#)
